Looking to Register for BIO 201 or BIO 205 at PVCC?
The Biology Assessment is for students that meet the prerequisites for BIO 201 or BIO 205, but have not taken BIO 156 or BIO 181, or their biology prerequisites are more than 5 years old. You will need to take the Biology Assessment in order to evaluate how well you remember this important information for these rigorous 200-level courses.
This test consists of 40 multiple choice questions and is free to PVCC students. The assessment does not have a time limit, but your test will be collected promptly at closing. Please allow yourself enough time to test.

When you come to test, make sure to bring a current, valid photo ID and your PVCC student ID number.
Scores
You will receive your scores immediately after testing. We enter your scores in your Student Center immediately so that you can register for courses.
