Paying for college

There are many different options to pay for your tuition and fees and we are here to support you.

Tuition Rates and Payment Due Dates

Summer 2024- Tuition due date: May 20, 2024

Fall 2024- Tuition due date: August 7, 2024

  • To see when your charges are due, please log in to the Student Center at www.maricopa.edu/students
  • Scroll to Finances and click on the drop down menu which says "other financial..."
  • Select Charges Due and click the arrow

Pay Now

One time payments can be made in four ways:

  1. Pay online using debit/credit cards at www.maricopa.edu/students. RECOMMENDED
  2. Pay over the phone by calling 602-787-7862 and one of our staff will be more than happy to assist you
  3. Pay in person at the Student Business Services Office by cash, check, money order, or debit/credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express).

  4. Pay by mail, using a check or certified money order. Send your payment to:

    Please allow seven to ten business days for mail and processing time and make sure if you decide on this option, to include your student ID or MEID number somewhere on the check or money order (do not mail cash).

    529 Education plans:
    When paying by a 529 Education Savings Plan, we recommend sending this payment via a check made out to ‘Paradise Valley Community College’ or ‘MCCCD’ in the amount owed for tuition and fees. 

    You may send the check to the address listed above and be sure to include the student information such as MEID or Student ID number in the memo line.

    Please let us know when we are expecting a check or 529 payment 

    PVCC does not accept personal identifiable information through email or fax.
    Documents sent in this manner will not be processed.

Sign up for a monthly Payment Plan

Sign up for a monthly payment plan in your Online Student Center to secure your class(es). More information can be found here

The monthly payment plan breaks your tuition payments down into smaller monthly payments throughout the semester to make it more convenient and affordable for you while keeping your classes secure the entire balance upfront. You do not need to start your payment plan on the day you register, you can arrange for your payments to start at a later date. The payment plan does require a $15 down payment and a $25 payment plan fee to start the plan Reloadable prepaid cards may be used to set up payment plans. See Maricopa's step-by-step instructions to set up your payment plan.

Third Party Billing

Third party billing is when an employer or an outside party is paying all or part of your tuition and fees

Financial Aid and Scholarships
