While the decision has been made to temporarily close our fitness center to reduce the possible spread of COVID-19, PVCC is still committed to supporting your health and wellness journey.

August 3, 2020
Governor Ducey extended the order limiting public gatherings and shuttering bars, gyms, movie theaters, water parks, and tubing. He announced the closures will be reconsidered every two weeks. Hopefully, this will continue the much needed stabilization of infection rates in Arizona. During this time we will continue to develop and implement new safety protocols to prepare to re-open our fitness center as soon as it is safely feasible.
Please know that we are going above and beyond to ensure your health and safety, implementing new protocols and guidelines at our fitness center in order to keep you safe such as:
- Sanitizing stations available throughout the fitness center including the front desk
- Staff will disinfect frequently touched areas with CDC-approved products
- Touchless check-in & Workout Reservations
- Practice social fitnessing- maintaining a minimum of 6 feet from another member
- All employees will have temperature checked prior to each shift and will wash hands regularly

Mindful Mondays 12-12:30pm - Join us on Mondays to learn and practice the benefits of Mindfulness.
Tuesday Fit Blitz 10-10:30am - Get moving with a 30-minute "quickie" routine that includes cardio and resistance training.
Hodgepodge Workout Wednesday 5-5:30pm - Anything can happen Wednesday. Join Korey and he will help keep your workouts fun and interesting!
Thursday Fit Blitz 10-10:30am - Get moving with a 30-minute "quickie" routine that includes cardio and resistance training.
In addition to the option of these live workouts, any student enrolled in these classes can also receive regular virtual one-on-one instruction and personal training. This way we can meet students where they are at and support them in achieving their goals. This virtual environment will allow students to have a lot of flexibility and personalized instruction.
