Childcare Centers
The childcare voucher will be applied to fees/tuition charged by:
- Accredited childcare /early childhood education center/facility/home/ programs listed on the database of the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) or on the Quality First database of First Things First, an agency of the State of Arizona.
- The Quality First program partners with regulated early childhood providers to make quality improvements. The participating center are committed to quality improvement and are assessed and given a Quality First Star Rating, ranging from 1 to 5 stars.
- Small family childcare home regulated by the AZ Department of Economic Security (DES)registered with the PV CCAMPIS program
- Family childcare group home and Childcare Center regulated by the Department of Health Services (DHS)
- Before and/or after school program or intercession program sponsored by a School District
- Before and/or after school program sponsored by Charter School
- Assistance may not be used for a childcare provider who comes into the student’s home.

Valley Childcare and Learning Center at 4041 E Cactus Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85028 *Takes ages 0-5 (no school age)
