Highlights include:
- Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS) is a 401(a) pension that provides a guaranteed, lifelong benefit at retirement. It includes faculty and employees of the state's political subdivisions who signed joint agreements.
- Maricopa Community Colleges Retirees' Association (Maricopa Gold) membership includes all Maricopa Community College employees who have retired.
- Retirement Savings Plans include the 403(b) and 457(b) plans, both valuable retirement savings options available to all MCCCD employees.
