Spring 2024 - Scholarship Application Support

Two opportunities:

  • Offer support during Spring Scholarship Workshops. Typically the workshops occur during the lunch hour (12pm - 1pm). Schedule
  • Read & Offer feedback on Scholarship Essays (done in partnership with the Learning Success Center (LSC))

PVCC’s Financial Aid Director shared that "I would love to have some of our current students and alumni who have received scholarships in the past to participate in our workshops.  I think it would be really impactful for students.  Additionally,  we used to have folks in the LSC who could read student scholarship essays/personal statements and help make them stronger, but we no longer have folks to do that. This may be a great way for the community to assist."
Email financialaid@paradisevalley.edu for more information.
