Paramedicine Program - Entrance Examination, Application & Interview Processes
Prior to applying to the Paramedicine Program please review the step-by-step instructions below regarding the entrance examination, application, and interview selection process information.

2025 Cohort Information
- Spring 2025 (January start) through Fall 2025 (December completion)
- Graduated December 2025
- Fall 2025 (August start) through Summer 2026 (July completion)
- In progress, graduation August 2026
2026 Cohort Information
- Spring 2026 (January start) through Fall 2026 (December completion)
- In progress, graduation December 2026
- Fall 2026 (August start) through Summer 2027 (July completion)
- Meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays 0800 – 1700
- Application deadline 1700 on May 31, 2026
- Panel interviews, for those that pass the entrance exam and submit an application prior to the deadline, will be held between June 7th – 13th, 2026
- Cohort finalization by June 30th, 2026
- Orientation TBD
2027 Cohort Information
- Spring 2027 January start through Fall 2027 (December completion)
- Meets on Wednesdays and Fridays 0800 – 1700
- Application deadline 1700 on October 31, 2026
- Panel interviews, for those that pass the entrance exam and submit an application prior to the deadline, will be held between the week of November 8 with specific dates and times TBD
- Cohort finalization by November 30th, 2026
- Orientation TBD
- Fall 2027 August start through Summer 2028 (July completion)
- Meets on Tuesdays and Thursdays 0800 – 1700
- Application deadline 1700 on May 31, 2027
- Panel interviews, for those that pass the entrance exam and submit an application prior to the deadline, will be held the week of June 6 with specific dates and times TBD
- Cohort finalization by June 30th, 2027
- Orientation TBD

Paramedicine Selection Process (Step by Step Instructions)

Schedule your Entrance Examination
- To schedule your Paramedicine Entrance Exam, please visit the Appointment Scheduler. Applicants will need to schedule their exam at least 24 hours in advance. When scheduling the exam, make sure to select the Paramedicine Entrance Exam. For additional assistance, please visit the Testing Services.
Following the Completion of the EMT General Knowledge Computer-based Entrance Examination
- Students that have passed the EMT General Knowledge Computer Based Entrance Exam
- Students that have failed (not passed) the EMT General Knowledge Computer Based Entrance Exam
STEP #2: Submit a Paramedicine Program Application After Passing the Entrance Examination
STEP #3: Oral Panel Interview Process
- Upon successful completion of the Entrance Exam and Application, the Program will contact you to schedule an oral panel interview (may be held in person or virtually).
