Commercial Music Program
The Commercial Music Program at PVCC is designed to provide training for students who wish to pursue a degree, or further their skills, in the fields of audio production and music business. Within the core requirements students will take courses in studio recording, digital audio, live sound and the business of music. PVCC is dedicated to providing hands-on experiences for its students and during a typical school year students work on the production of all our Fine Arts sponsored shows including music, theater, and dance events. In addition, students work on producing a full CD recording and the concert production associated with our signature Commercial Music event, the annual North Valley Battle of the Bands.
