Gemini Notebook

Gemini Notebook (formerly NotebookLM) is an AI-powered research tool that helps you quickly explore, summarize, and query information. It grounds its responses entirely in the provided source materials, rather than on general web knowledge.

Gemini Notebook is available to all MCCCD employees via your Maricopa Google Workspace account. 

Accessing PVCC Institutional Effectiveness (IE) resources:

  1. Log in to Gemini Notebook.
  2. Look for workspaces whose names begin with [PVCC Data].
  3. Select the appropriate workspace relevant to your inquiry.
  4. In the left sidebar, open the Sources panel to view the files loaded by PVCC IE.
  5. Ask your questions about the source files in the chat.

Important Guidelines:

  • Before reporting any data, always verify Gemini Notebook's responses against the source files.
  • If an AI response conflicts with a source file, always trust the source file.
  • If you notice an error within the source files, please notify PVCC IE at [email protected].
