John Jay Shroyer Memorial Scholarship
Hedy Fossenkemper, retired PVCC CIS Faculty wrote, "John was a former student of mine. After taking some networking engineering classes with me, he went to work for another student of mine, Randy Miller, who owns Race Computers, Inc. John was killed in a motorcycle accident, so Randy spearheaded the formation of the scholarship to promote more students to major in Computer Information Systems at PVCC."
Criteria: Major in CIS area, maintain 3.0, employed 20 hours/week.
