Gina Neskovic Endowed Scholarship in Nursing
In August 2020 PVCC lost a beloved colleague and friend. Gina Neskovic served PVCC as the Nursing Executive Administrative Assistant to the Director of Nursing. Her positive attitude and desire to be of service to students, faculty and staff touched all on campus. “When I think about our commitment to a culture of care, Gina “rises to the top” as she clearly embraced her role in supporting our nursing students,” said Dr. Dale, PVCC President. She was instrumental in nurturing and mentoring future nurses.
Gina was an active member of her church community at St Jerome Catholic Church where she enjoyed many ministries. Gina enjoyed knitting, sewing, crocheting, and other crafting endeavors. She loved to entertain friends and family every chance she got with a good meal, fun stories and a hot cup of coffee.
Gina will be remembered for her caring heart, her infectious laugh, her kind and caring spirit and always being there for family and friends. Along with being an incredible mother, wife, friend, and mentor, Gina was always selfless and a caring nurturer. She will be greatly missed by everyone who had the pleasure to know her.
Criteria: The Gina Neskovic Endowed Scholarship in Nursing will benefit full-time Paradise Valley Community College students who are studying nursing and who demonstrate financial need.
