Lori Lindseth

Lori Lindseth has been the Director of HR at PVCC since 2012. She came to PVCC with over 20 years of HR leadership experience in higher education, and 10 years of HR experience in the private sector. Prior to joining PVCC, she worked at one of only nine Research I, Hispanic Serving Institutions (HSI) in the country. Her work at an HSI provided great diversity of thought, innovative program development and the opportunity to forge long-term friendships with faculty and staff from various backgrounds. She also worked in HR management at a Big-10 University in the midwest. In that role she collaborated on HR policies, issues, and processes with renowned faculty at one of the most acclaimed academic medical centers in the country.

These work experiences provided a valuable framework for implementing HR best practices that help inform and influence the employee lifecycle at PVCC and at the District level. She has served on multiple District committees and councils over the years, supporting a variety of District-wide initiatives. She is part of the Critical Incident Management Team, and a Title IX coordinator at PVCC. Lori became a Certified Mediator through the University of New Mexico School of Law and possesses a Master’s degree in HR Management. She is a long-term member of SHRM (Society for HR Management) and a past president of the Arizona chapter of CUPA-HR (College and University Professional Association for HR).
