Janice Fritsch is another Awesome Woman at PVCC. She has a unique ability to explain in plain English complex pay issues. She brings a broad skill set of related experience to her role of HR/Payroll Analyst here at PVCC. She has previous work experience as Director of Finance, Accounting/Office Manager, Payroll Specialist, and has experience in Fiscal Audits. Her wealth of experience in processing and auditing payroll and benefit enrollments, processing taxes, benefit payments, tax forms and resolving payroll issues has been of great value to PVCC. Janice’s higher education experience includes working at Mesa Community College, Phoenix College, and Prescott College. In addition to her knowledge of Payroll and fiscal activities, she has a dry sense of humor and an abundance of common sense! She has a calm demeanor that leads to clear and effective problem resolution. Janice obtained her AA degree from Mesa Community College and her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
