Dr. Mary Early has worked at the college since 2011, running the Learning Success Center. While completing her doctoral degree, she took a job as a writing tutor for Division I student athletes and found fulfillment in helping all students to reach their academic and career goals. She has worked in learning support for nearly thirty years and appreciates all that she has learned from students, tutors, success coaches, and desk staff in that time. Mary brought success coaching to the college, and her ELL and writing staff now provide basic English instruction to our community members so they can take ESL and college classes. She is especially proud of the strong sense of community and belonging that her staff and our students have created in the LSC.
