Dr. Kimberlin Glenn: As the HR Supervisor, Dr. Glenn is a valued member of the PVCC HR team. She has 13+ years of HR experience, combined with many years of teaching experience as an adjunct faculty member at EMCC. In addition to working at PVCC, she has HR experience in national and global organizations. Dr. Glenn brings a unique combination of HR expertise, teaching experience and experience as the Registrar at Metropolitan Community College in Kansas City, Mo. She is incredibly creative and breathed new life into the Diversity and Inclusion for Search Committees training. She has improved multiple hiring processes at PVCC and developed the current remote screening/interviewing processes at the college at the start of the pandemic. Kimberlin has been invited to serve on a number of District-wide committees and has helped facilitate the implementation of a number of HR initiatives.
In addition to her Doctorate in Business Administration, Kimberlin obtained her Master's in Legal & Ethical Studies and a Bachelor's degree in English-Professional Writing from the University of Baltimore.
