Alexis Peterson serves as the Honors Program Coordinator and has been an employee at Paradise Valley Community College since 2014. She has worked in various roles at PVCC, such as Life Sciences Department evening secretary, ACE Program coordinator and academic advisor, prior to transitioning to the Honors Department. Alexis is a PVCC Honors Program graduate and graduated from the W.P. Carey School of Business in December 2016 with her Bachelor of Science in Management. After she completed a Master’s of Science in Leadership from Grand Canyon University in 2019.
Alexis also serves as adjunct faculty, teaching two classes, HON190: Honors Forum and HON201: Honors Leadership.
When not in the Honors Office, Alexis likes to spend time with friends, practice her Spanish and learn about new things. She also enjoys relaxing and watching her favorite TV shows, like The Office, How I Met Your Mother, and Parks and Rec.
