Professor Rusu is residential faculty at Paradise Valley Community College in the Business/IT division and is the program director for the Healthcare Technology Systems Program ( a Healthcare IT program she pioneered at PVCC). She serves as the Business/IT division faculty advisor, Health Sciences lead faculty, and a faculty mentor to our student athletes. Professor Rusu earned her Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University, and her Master’s Degree from Grand Canyon University. She previously worked in the healthcare industry, with a focus on Information Technology. Prof. Rusu is an active member of HIMSS, at the chapter and national level. She is an advocate for Women in IT, and anybody else that wishes to pursue a career in the Information Technology industry.
