Request a Refund


Eligibility for tuition refund is dependent upon the date the course began and the length of the
course. For more details on eligibility visit the MCCCD Refund Policy.

How to Request a Refund
Courses must be officially dropped within the refund deadline to be eligible for a refund. To
request a refund, complete & submit the online Refund Request Form below.

Refund Process
Refund requests are processed by Student Business Services. If your account is not in refund status Student Business Services will send an email to your official student email account. Credit card payments are refunded back to the original credit card.

Cash, check & payment plan payments are refunded through Maricopa Student Refund Program (MSRP). A notice is sent to your MCCCD Student Email account with instructions to enroll & select a MSRP refund option. Refund options are direct deposit, prepaid Visa & paper check.
