Fall Mental Health Awareness & Wellness Information Fair

Pumas, stop by our Fall Mental Health Awareness & Wellness Information Fair on October 19th & 20th from 9:00am to 1:00pm in the KSC Courtyard. Enjoy healthy snacks, chances to win prizes and free pizza at 11:30 am.

Tuesday, Oct. 19th from 12:00 to 1:00 there will be a presentation given by Counseling Adjunct Faculty member, Nassim Sana (in person & Live Online) on Stress Management in M103.

    Do you feel life stressors are weighing you down? Is your negative self-talk getting in the way of your life? Come to this seminar to learn techniques and skills that will help you be in the driver's seat of your life and leave your monkey mind behind.

Tuesday, Oct. 19th from 5:15pm to 6:00pm there will be a free yoga class in F109 taught by John Davenport from the PVCC Fitness Center.


Wednesday, Oct. 20th from 12:00 to 1:00 there will be a presentation (in person & Live Online) given by Counseling Division Chair Jim Rubin on Relationships in M103.
