Behavioral Science and Human Services FOI Alumni Career Panel

Behavioral Science and Human Services FOI Alumni Career Panel

Pumas, are you interested in a career in Behavioral Science and Human Services?

Join us on February 26th for the Behavioral Science and Human Services FOI Alumni Career panel! This is a great opportunity for students to hear from a small group of PVCC Alumni who are working in this FOI about their various educational and career journeys after leaving PVCC.

This group of PVCC alumni can offer support to students in their professional development and help them gain insider information in the industry and potential jobs. From job search tips and professional networking to mentorships, alumni can provide information not only about their world of work, but also about how their time as students at PVCC prepared them for their careers.

Professionals in this field typically work with community members to identify problems and create and implement solutions.

If you aspire to be a first responder, work in the court system, or provide counseling or social work/advocacy services, this Field of Interest offers you the training you need. Some Behavioral Science and Human Services students may go directly into positions as EMTs, paralegals, or behavioral health technicians, while others may pursue a bachelor’s degree at a four-year institution.

Join our Virtual Panel on February 26th from 9:00-10:15 am
