SECURITY/BUILDING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Creating a safe and secure environment for all of our guests and employees is a high priority at the CPA. It is our responsibility to make sure the people who spend time at this facility are safe and secure. We will take the necessary measures to provide a pleasurable and safe environment at all times.
Parking at the CPA is free. Spaces are located to the east and the south of the facility, just off of the 34th Street/Union Hills Rd. entrance. Spaces for disabled drivers are available near the east side entrance into the CPA.
Effective July 1, 2012, all Maricopa Community College property will be smoke- and tobacco-free, extending the smoke-free environment of our buildings to the boundaries of District property. We recognize that this change will require behavior change on the part of some students, faculty members and staff. The District is prepared to help those who are affected through a variety of means, including classes and smoking cessation programs.
The CPA does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers or other promotional/advertising materials on the premises.
A valid ticket for the event is required for admittance unless otherwise indicated. Children two years or older must have a ticket for admittance unless otherwise stated. Children under two can sit on a parent’s lap.
