RECORD NUMBER OF PUMAS RECEIVE NJCAA ALL-ACADEMIC HONORS

The NJCAA announced student-athletes who have earned distinction on one of three 2016-17 NJCAA All-Academic Teams following their success in the classroom.  A record number 35 Pumas garnered 2016-2017 Academic Student-Athlete Awards.

The NJCAA officially released the names of the 2016-2017 NJCAA Academic Team of the Year Award winners.  The Pumas are excited to be among them!

ATTENTION GOLFERS

The Paradise Valley Community College Men's Golf team is looking for experienced golfers to join the team for the 2017-2018 season. Coach Randy Wittig is looking for team oriented young men with good attitudes, solid grades, can consistently shoot 76 or lower for 18 holes, and have high school and/or tournament golf experience.

BRISTYAN WINS RAWLINGS GOLD GLOVE AWARD

It was announced today that Puma infielder Josh Bristyan is a winner of the 2017 ABCA/Rawlings Gold Glove Award®. This award is given annually by Rawlings in conjunction with the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) and the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA).

PUMA ALUM RECEIVES SCHOLAR ACCOLADES FROM NATIONAL ORGANIZATION

The Pumas are proud to announce that Women’s Soccer alumni Jamie Iurato was named the female Scholar Athlete of the Year by the National Alliance of Two Year College Athletic Administrators (NATYCAA) at the 2017 annual convention held in Orlando last week.
