PUMA SOFTBALL'S PLAYOFF RUN COMES TO AN END

The Pumas competed as the #2 seed in the NJCAA Region I DII Tournament this weekend held at #1 seed Phoenix College.  The Pumas, slated to match up against #3 Mesa in the first game of the tournament, lost their first game but won their second against #4 Chandler-Gilbert and lived to play Saturday.

PUMA BASEBALL IS PLAYOFF BOUND

Puma Baseball (35-20) is ranked 3rd in the Conference and headed to the NJCAA Region I playoffs!

The Pumas will travel to face #2 Glendale this Thursday & Friday at 3pm and Saturday at Noon (if needed).

In the other Division II matchup, #4 Scottsdale will travel to #1 Mesa this Thursday & Friday at 3pm and Saturday at Noon (if needed).

PUMA SOFTBALL HEADED TO PLAYOFFS

Puma Softball (31-17) is ranked 2nd in the Conference and headed to the NJCAA Region I playoffs!

The Pumas will travel to Phoenix College for the Region Tournament on Friday/Saturday.

To start off the tournament, PV will face #3 Mesa at 9am on Friday.  Please see below for entire tournament schedule.

SOFTBALL POST SEASON AWARDS COME ROARING IN

Puma Softball continues their extraordinary year as five Pumas have garnered post season All-Region and All-Conference honors. Yessika Galaz, Marissa Ibarra-Palomo, Karlee Leyvas, Alexis Malave and Madison Wiley were all named to the Division II All-Region Team for their performances this season.

Yessika Galaz and Alexis Malave were also named Second Team All-Conference.

PUMAS RACK UP POST-SEASON AWARDS

Four Pumas have garnered post season All-Region and All-Conference honors this year. Sophomores Blake Flint, Josh Bristyan, and Gage Johnson were all named First Team All-Region for their performances this season. Freshman Jake Halland was honored with a Second Team All-Region nomination.
