Boys of Summer
PLAY BALL!

The Puma baseball team will be well represented this summer with 12 of its student-athletes participating in summer leagues around the country. Seven sophomores are getting ready to transfer to four-year colleges while five returners are staying in shape for PVCC's 2017 season.

PVCC WOMENS TENNIS ANNOUNCES 2016 SIGNING CLASS

Head Coach Feroz Rast announced the signings of Channel Ruiz, Alexandra Levendi, and Alizaya Ambirz for the upcoming season.

Channel Ruiz comes to PVCC from Glendale High School where she played number 1 singles and doubles. She helped lead her team to a 12-4 record and a top 20 ranking in division II. Channel comes with great experience and will contribute right away.

ARIZONA SOFTBALL HALL OF FAMERS TO ATTEND PUMA SOFTBALL GAME

On Saturday, March 12, two very special guests will be present for the Puma Softball game against Chandler-Gilbert CC. Dot Wilkinson and Billie Harris are slated to throw out the first pitch prior to the match up. Billie Harris will also perform the National Anthem for both Softball and Baseball.

Both women are members of the Arizona Softball Foundation Hall of Fame.

PUMAS 1-5 SO FAR IN APRIL

PVCC led by two runs in the ninth inning, but GateWay Community College put together a furious comeback to steal the victory, 5-4.

Matt Goertzen took the loss for PVCC. He pitched one inning, walked two, struck out none, and allowed one run.
