Paradise Valley Community College (PVCC) is pleased to announce the opening of our Integrated Health Science Center. This center provides an integrated model for health and well-being through preventative care services, health screenings, and education.

The goal of the Integrated Health Science Center is to improve the health and wellness of the communities in and around PVCC. PVCC will work in collaboration with private and public health partners throughout the community to provide wellness events, create access to healthcare and education, and to empower individuals to live their healthiest and fullest life.

Community wellness events will provide preventative care services, screenings and education to community members while simultaneously providing healthcare program students, (Nursing, Dietary Technology, EMT, Paramedics, Exercise Science, and Integrated Public Health) opportunities to provide first-hand health services and education.

Our community health outreach events offer a variety of services and education ranging from immunizations, flu vaccines, health screens, education on chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes, to healthy cooking demonstrations in the nutrition kitchen and more.

This webpage is created with you in mind. It is our goal to provide you with easy and accessible information about your health and connect you with the care and resources you need. We hope you visit this page often for new and up to date health information and our community event calendar.
