Massages
Prepare to relax and unwind as on select days each month, the Fitness Center hosts a massage therapist to provide FREE 15-minute massage for PVCC employees. Pre-registration is required and will be posted in the Daily Growl.
Fitness Friday
Stop by the Fitness Center every Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters to compete against your coworkers! Every participant receives a FREE movie ticket, and the winner takes away each week’s grand prize. Hours will be posted weekly in the Daily Growl.
Wellness Challenges

Alight Health Concierge Services
MCCCD offers health concierge services to help you navigate through the challenging world of healthcare. These services are provided to you free of charge if you are covered under a MCCCD medical plan.
Alight can assist with finding doctors, understanding your insurance benefits, Medicare options, saving money on medical care and much more.
Kannact works with participants across a broad range of chronic conditions that get in the way of better health and vitality. Their free 1-on-1 health coaching leverages relevant health data, sound practices and accepted standards of care to improve health outcomes.
Kannact is a free benefit for employees who elect Maricopa's Health Insurance.
Services include free counseling sessions, legal services, identity theft services, financial consultations, and more.
EAP benefits are available to all MCCCD employees (including part-time and adjunct), their dependents up to age 26 even if they live out of the home, and anyone in the employee's household (regardless of their relationship, age or health insurance coverage). For example, roommates or if you live with and care for an elderly family member they are also eligible for services.
