Massages
Prepare to relax and unwind as on select days each month, the Fitness Center hosts a massage therapist to provide FREE 15-minute massage for PVCC employees. Pre-registration is required and will be posted in the Daily Growl.

Fitness Friday
Stop by the Fitness Center every Friday during the Fall and Spring semesters to compete against your coworkers! Every participant receives a FREE movie ticket, and the winner takes away each week’s grand prize. Hours will be posted weekly in the Daily Growl.

Wellness Challenges
Watch the Daily Growl for employee fitness and wellness challenges. Past challenges include the No Excuses November Wellness Challenge and the March into Wellness Step Challenge.

Kannact
Kannact is a free benefit for employees who elect Maricopa's Health

Insurance.

Living with diabetes can be overwhelming. Managing diabetes alone can drain your time, energy, and relationships. That’s why we're offering Kannact to you. Kannact gives you the tools and support needed to self-manage your diabetes. Kannact helps lower blood glucose levels, and participants have reported improved activity levels, weight loss, enriched family relationships and an overall better quality of life.

Employee Assistance Program

EAP benefits are available to all MCCCD employees (including part-time and adjunct), their dependents up to age 26 even if they live out of the home, and anyone in the employee's household (regardless of their relationship, age or health insurance coverage). For example, roommates or if you live with and care for an elderly family member they are also eligible for services.
Services include counseling sessions, legal services, identity theft services, financial consultations, and more.
