Community Fitness

Whatever your fitness goals and interests, the PVCC Fitness Center has something for everyone - weight and strength training, mind & body wellness, dance, outdoor recreation, plus much more. 
As a member of the community, you can take advantage of the fitness center, which offers both non-credit semester and yearly memberships at reasonable rates. Benefits include:

  • Active Adults Group Exercise classes
  • Fitness Blitz classes
  • Functional Movement Screen

Free and open to the public, PVCC offers a series of wellness related seminars presented by our knowledgeable fitness instructors both Fall and Spring semesters. Topics include Tai Chi for Strength, Balance and Brain Power, Healthy Eating and Food Demonstration, Benefits of Group Fitness and CPR Basics. No registration necessary.
