The PVCC Fitness Center welcomes our community members. We offer Fitness Center memberships each semester and offer non-credit yearly options as well. Included are non-credit Aerobics classes as well as Tai Chi for Active Adults.
We also offer a variety of Activity Classes each semester to accommodate community interests and needs. Costs vary according to the class. Please see the schedule of classes for specific descriptions, dates and times.
Community members may attend our Fitness, Wellness and Integrated Health Science Breakout Sessions. These are a series of wellness-related seminars presented by our instructors offered during the Fall and Spring semesters. You may attend sessions on topics such as, Tai Chi for Strength, Balance and Brain Power, Healthy Eating and Food Demonstration, Benefits of Group Fitness and CPR Basics. These sessions are free and open to the public. There is no registration necessary. Pick up a schedule at the Fitness Center.
