The PVCC Fitness Center welcomes our community members. We offer a variety of non-credit courses each semester to accommodate our community interests and needs. The classes include non-credit Fitness Center memberships, aerobics and tai-chi for seniors. The cost varies according to the class. Please see the schedule of classes for specific dates and times.
Community members may attend the Fitness Breakout sessions at no charge! These are a series of wellness-related seminars which are offered during the Fall and Spring semesters. You may attend sessions on topics such as: Stress Management through Yoga, Eat Smart, Increase your Bone Density, Stability Balls and Ab Workouts.
