  • Sonia Valle is a dance educator, choreographer and performer. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences in International Business, and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences in Dance from San Diego State University in 1987 and a Masters in Fine Arts in Dance from Arizona State University in 2001.

Professional Activities:
  • Sonia is presently the dance program director at Paradise Valley Community College. She has been a presenter at the American College Dance Festival, teaching Capoeira, a Brazilian martial art incorporating dance, music and song. Sonia also works as an independent choreographer and travels both nationally and internationally to set choreographic works on dance companies.
