Tools for Healthy Behavior Change Sat. Sept.11 10-11 a.m. F131
Dana Wagner, M.A., Counseling, NASM and ACE certified personal trainer, will help you troubleshoot the success level of any personal behavior changes that you may be challenging yourself with (exercise program, weight loss, etc…) and provide you with some tools that will help you stay on track with your program!

Fred Vergnetti, B.S., Exercise Science, NASM and ACE Certified personal trainer will show you how to safely and effectively set up your own exercise program using the basics of optimal performance training, the training method of choice by NASM and the PVCC Fitness Center

Functional Fitness Testing Mon. Oct. 25 12-1 p.m. F130
Mark Francis, B.A., Exercise Physiology, NSCA:CSCS, NASM:CPT, FMS certified, will introduce you to 21st century fitness testing! Be dressed for physical activity as Mark takes you through a series of fitness tests that do more than just test the basic components of fitness! Functional fitness tests can reveal muscle imbalances that can lead to injury. Let our expert Mark Francis show you how to correct these imbalances!
Dynabands and Exercise Tubing! Thurs. Nov.4 5:30-6:30 p.m. F130
Sadie Sund, B.S., Kinesiology, ACE and SFA certified. Dynabands and exercise tubing are effective, inexpensive pieces of exercise equipment that can be used to diversify your existing workout or can also be used as a supplement if you are traveling or sitting at a desk all day! Be prepared for physical activity. Dynabands are available for purchase in the fitness center following the session for $5.
