Dear Participating Band,

                Listed below are the load-in and performance times for the North Valley Battle of the Bands Competition-Round 1 on Saturday, December 6th, 2008.
                The competition will be held in the Studio Theatre, which is located in M-Building on the campus of PVCC.

                All Bands are responsible for their own instruments and accessories. PVCC will only be providing a PA System.
                Bands can load-in and out of the Studio Theatre’s rear entrance, via the shipping access road (See Map).
 
                Each band should be prepared to perform a maximum of 15 minutes of music.
                To assist the judges, each band is required to provide a type written copy of the lyrics to each of the performed songs prior to their performance time.

                Round 1 of the competition will conclude with the judge’s announcement of the qualifying bands. 
                The judges will select as many as three bands to record a maximum of three songs each at PVCC. 
                The number of songs to be recorded will be at the discretion of the director of the commercial music program, Dr. Brett Reed.
                The judges of the North Valley Battle of the Bands reserve the right to select less than three or even zero bands if they see fit.
