The 2011 PVCC United Way campaign is underway. Last year, the college raised $11,735 with 32 individual pledges and several special activities. Our goals this year are:
Individual Giving -- Make a direct gift through payroll deduction through the new Online Giving process. To login in follow these instructions for the MCCCD Online Donor Pledge page:

Username: Your MEID
Password: MCCCD2012 (case sensitive; you will then need to change your password)
You can help MCCCD students when you designate your gift to the general "Maricopa ACE Program" or the "PVCC ACE Program" at the Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation!
On the Pledge Information Step 1 screen do one of the following:
A) To direct your gift to the “MCCCD ACE Program Scholarship" simply indicate the percentage or dollar amount of your gift next to the box called "ACE PROGRAM".
B) To direct your gift to the "PVCC ACE Program" do not fill in the box above.
1. Click on the link “Add Other Agencies” on the lower right of your screen.
2. A blank agency entry form will come up and write in the following required fields:
Agency Name: Maricopa Foundation - PVCC ACE
City: Tempe
State: AZ
3. Click "Submit" at the bottom of the screen
4. Your agency will be added to the top of list. Simply indicate the percentage or dollar amount of your gift next to the box for your new agency.

Lunch and Learn Informational Event

Join the United Way committee for a fun, informational and inspirational event to learn more about the work of the United Way in our community and officially kick-off our 2011 Employee Giving Campaign.
The event will feature speakers from the Valley of the Sun United Way and a selected United Way Partner Agency. You will hear from PVCC employees and why they support the United Way, and from those who have benefited from United Way agency services and how it has made a difference in their lives.
A full lunch will be provided.
