November 20, 2009 – Advertising and Recruitment Efforts.  November 20 is the deadline for receipt of all requested application materials of interested persons.  Materials received after this date cannot be guaranteed full consideration by the Search Committee.  The search firm is involved in the ongoing evaluation and appraisal of the backgrounds of those who express an interest in the position.

December 11, 2009 – Interim Report with Search Committee.  Prospect pool reviewed, in confidence, by the Search Committee resulting in the selection of semi-final candidates to be interviewed by the Search Committee.

February 3-5  – Semi-final Candidate Interviews.  This is a confidential search process and the identities of those who are interviewed at this time remain confidential – forever.  See Confidentiality Agreement signed by each Search Committee member.

February 24, 25, 26 – Final Candidate Interviews.  Final Candidates visit Paradise Valley Community College and participate in a variety of activities, meet with various constituent groups on campus, the Chancellor’s Executive Council and the District Chancellor.  Only the identities of Final Candidates will be made public.

July 1, 2010 –Successful candidate starts.
