New! 3 R’s For Growing Your Business – Right People, Right Jobs, Right Talent
Research confirms what most business owners and managers know, but don’t like to talk about: leaders get themselves in trouble because they don’t have the right people in the right jobs. They hire the wrong people and not those with complementary skills needed to grow the business (source, Jessie Hagen, SBA Division, US Bank). In this highly interactive 2-hour seminar leaders will learn how to identify the right talent needed, how to identify strengths an employee brings to the job, and how to make the job fit the person. Time will also be spent on tips for the leaders to increase their own performance, and what it takes to make a good-to-great manager.
