COLOR MIXING (acrylic)
The followings are supplies you need to make a color-wheel:
1. Colors: red, blue, yellow, black and white.
2. Brushes
3. A cup or container for clean water
4. A mixing palette
5. Support canvas paper, canvas, print paper, gessoed paper, gessoed panel/board
6. Color Wheel Template (will be provided in class- you will need to copy it on your support - canvas, print paper, gessoed paper, gessoed panel/board)
7. ruler
8. rags for clean up
9. spray bottle
COLOR MIXING (oil)
The followings are supplies you need to make a color-wheel:
1. Colors: red, blue, yellow, black and white.
2. Brushes
3. A cup or container for your turpenoid
4. A mixing palette
5. Support - canvas paper, canvas, print paper, gessoed paper, gessoed panel/board- don’t go smaller than 11x14, you can go bigger so you can use the extra space for your notes
6. Color Wheel Template (will be provided in class- you will need to copy it on your support -canvas, print paper, gessoed paper, gessoed panel/board)
7. ruler and compass to draw a big circle (your color wheel), or a piece of string attached to a pencil will do as well.
8. rags for clean up
9. liquin or linseed oil to dilute your colors to speed up drying time
