Since 1998, Paradise Valley Community College has provided ISO 9000, QS 9000, AS 9100, and ISO 14000 training, to the business community in the U.S., Mexico and Canada through a collaboration with Gladhill Associates International, LLC. These comprehensive training programs offer companies or individuals an opportunity to achieve their goals in ISO training and implementation as effectively as possible. Our training programs features registered RAB/QSA lead auditor courses for individuals who want to become an IRCA/IATCA or RAB certified Auditor/Lead Auditors. These training programs are available in class, online or as home study.
Our Trainer is Gladhill Associates International, LLC is a full service, strategic quality, consulting and training firm with over 30 years experience in developing and implementing ISO 9000 and related Quality Management Systems. Experienced and knowledgeable consultants and trainers from Gladhill provide the support needed by customers to achieve their goals in ISO 9001 as efficiently as possible.

These courses are certified by the RAB/QSA and meet the Training Provider and Examiner Certification Scheme (TPECS). This scheme has been established to reflect contemporary learning and assessment practices, industry expectations and, above all, demonstrate that applicants achieve the level of competence required for RAB/QSA personnel certification.
TPECS aims to provide training and assessment in defined competencies and, as appropriate, recommend competent graduates to RAB/QSA for recognition at Provisional Auditor grade. This ensures:
· Improved assessment and evidence of competence;
· A more effective and efficient personnel certification process; and
· Greater involvement of Training Providers in the personnel certification process.
ISO 9001:2000 Lead Auditor Home Study
A home study course for those candidates who need to obtain more knowledge and understanding of the ISO 9001:2000 Standard in addition to its application in the audit process. This course is designed to meet the RABQSA requirements for application to Provisional Auditor status.
