Please note that we are no longer coordinating media or copy requests, and instructors requiring or requesting enrollment numbers must check them online. These services are still available and free to instructors!  Please see instructions below:

Fall semester dates, times, holiday closures:

August 27 - December 8, 2012
Monday - Friday, 8am-10pm
Saturdays, 8am-4pm
Sundays - closed

Holidays:
September 3            Labor Day
November 11           Veteran's Day
November 22-25     Thanksgiving Recess

Please note the following:

• Please schedule for Fall 2012.   
• Please list actual dates.  Do not say ‘open’, ‘whenever’, ‘same as last time’, ‘any Monday’, etc.  If there is a conflict, we will be in touch.
• Courses submitted without dates will not be scheduled.
• Schedule no more than four classes/sections per semester.
