If your goal is to become a freelance writer by selling a magazine article, short story, or book length manuscript, this seminar is for you!  You will be guided through the process of publishing and learn a creative formula for developing manuscripts, production and presentation of manuscripts.  Resource books available to writers will be included.  Topics covered also include:  research, marketing of manuscripts to agents/publishers, vanity or subsidy press, negotiations and payment.  A professional critique of the publishing industry is also presented.

Before publication, before drafting a story, a writer must create quality scenes.  Inherent in each scene are elements of structure, fiction and the dynamics necessary to keep the reader turning pages.  In this course, you will learn the integral components of scenes that will work to create lucid, credible narrative with a purpose to entertain the reader, and you will learn to create the strongest story you can write.
