How to Build (or Remodel) Your Own Home
This course will cover the entire process of building a home and take you from the design and planning stage all the way through construction completion. You will learn about design, scheduling, material selection, construction techniques, site selection and how to find subcontractors. You will learn about lien waivers, contracts and financing. Bring a spouse or guest for half price!
