Registration, Advisement, Placement Testing, and Financial Aid are all provided at the Black Mountain campus.
Some services such as Cashier and the Bookstore are provided online as well as at the PVCC Union Hills campus.

Registration can be done online through the My.Maricopa.edu web site (6:00am-3:00am). This will allow you to admit yourself to Paradise Valley, and process a majority of your paper work.
All students are required to provide proof of Residency for instate tuition. This can be provided by fax (602-787-7025), in person or emailed (scanned) to pvcc.info@pvmail.maricopa.edu. Approved documentation would be a birth certificate, an Arizona driver license or ID card issued after 1996, or official immigration papers.
Walk in Registration is available in the Administration office C115. Photo ID is required. If you are 1st time registering and need to verify your Residency bring one of the approved documentations’ a birth certificate, an Arizona driver license or ID card issued after 1996, or official immigration papers. |
Advising is provided on a walk in bases in the Administration office, C115. New students are required to meet with an academic advisor prior to registering for classes.
By-Appointment advising is available at the Union Hills campus. See the link in the Union Hills section below. |
| Placement Testing will be held in C106 (Computer room) Monday - Thursday 2:15 pm - 5:00 pm Friday 9:00-1:00. Photo ID is required for testing. |
| Financial aid packets are available in the Administration office C115. FAFSA forms can be filed either online through the My.Maricopa.edu web site or by paper to be turned in at C115. |
| New Student Orientation is designed to help you: navigate the college system including all the things you need to be successful in college, meet other students as well as faculty and staff, and participate in a campus tour. Register for an Orientation at My.Maricopa.edu or during your Academic Advising session. |
Bring the following to your Orientation.
•Student ID number (on your Student ID)
•MEID - my.maricopa.edu username and password
•Photo Identification
•Copy/printout of your class schedule
•Parents or spouses are also welcome to join you
